Produktbeschreibung Die frisch geernteten Äpfel werden gewaschen und verlesen. Nach dem Kochen werden die Äpfel passiert. Anschließend wird das Apfelmark in die Gläser gefüllt, die dann verschlossen und anschließend pasteurisiert werden. Das Apfelmark wird zur Fremdkörpervermeidung durch ein Sieb mit einer Maschenweite von 1mm gepresst.
