Fromage pecorino produit avec du lait de brebis sardes. De couleur blanche paille, c'est un fromage très apprecié pour son goût typique fortement aromatique peu salé. Origine: Sardaigne Ingrédients: Lait de brebis, présure, sel, conservants: E203, E235, colorant E150d et E160b sur la croute. Croute non comestible. A conserver au frais. Poids net : 700gr Conseils de dégustation: il est idéal comme fromage de table ou braisé. Il se marie parfaitement avec un verre de vin rouge et avec des antipasti de légumes. Il est conseillé de le sortir de son emballage 48h avant dégustation afin qu'il reprenne toute sa saveur.
