Description
BRUXO No. 2 wird in Agua del Espino im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Oaxaca hergestellt. Der aus Espadín- und Barril Agaven hergestellte Agavenwein wird zweifach destilliert. Anschließend wird in das Destillat ein Agavenherz eingelegt, das dem Mezcal eine angenehme Süße und die dunkle Farbe verleiht. Der Beiname Pechuga (Brust) des Bruxo No. 2 Mezcal rührt von der Form der Agave her, die in den Mezcal eingelegt wird, der Name hat daher nicht die gleiche Bedeutung wie beim "Pechuga" Mezcal der Marke DEL MAGUEY.
