Gebrauchsanweisung Eine Tasse Kokosmilch (250ml) zusammen mit der Currypaste erhitzen und rühren, bis eine Ölschicht entsteht. 250g in Würfel geschnittenes Rind- oder Hähnchenfleisch hinzugeben und das Ganze schmoren lassen, bis es gar ist. Dann noch eine tasse Kokosmilch (250ml) hinzugeben und weiter schmoren lassen. Kartoffeln und Erdnüsse hinzugeben und kochen lassen, bis alles gar ist. Abschmecken mit Fischsauce.
