Die Mischung mit 30% Bio-Matcha hat einen besonders hohen ORAC-Wert von 160.000 µmol TE/100 g und ist damit die perfekte Smoothie-Zutat für einen starken und vitalen Körper. Die empfohlene Tagesverzehrmenge von 5.000 ORAC-Einheiten steckt bereits in einem Teelöffel Lebepur (3 g).Zubereitung: 1-2 Teelöffel zusammen mit 200ml Wasser und süßem Obst (z.B.
