Yellow variegated in color, with an unmistakable, unique fragrance: they feel the roses, spices, pepper, nutmeg, cloves even. Unforgettable. Equally convincing tasting, with a long, long aftertaste, given the nature of this wine, delicious to suit. Has no rival among the aromatic wines and presents itself as an aperitif par excellence. Accompanies it, exalting, refined foods, especially fish, lobsters all. If not consumed young is not a problem bear beautifully a few years of rest.
