Description
Das Heu wird im Bayerischen Wald in einer Höhenlage von über 800 Meter und nur zu einer ganz bestimmten Zeit des Blütenstandes gemäht. Anschließend wird das Heu nach alter Tradition auf Heinzen (Holzgerüst) luftgetrocknet. Das Heu wird zur Destilation eingemaischt und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abdestiliert. So entsteht der aromatisch milde nach Heu riechende Heuschnaps.
