Dieser Balsamico ist PGI zertifiziert (Protected Geographical Indication = Geschützte geographische Angaben) und wird in Modena hergestellt und wurde circa 10 Jahre im Holzfaß gereift. Dieser Balsamico besticht durch seine dunkle, glänzend-braune Farbe. Er besitzt eine samtige Textur, ein volles Aroma und einen angenehmen Duft nach gekochtem Most. Der Silber-Label Balsamico wartet mit einem harmonischen süß-sauerem Geschmack auf. Für edle Salatdressings und gegrilltes Gemüse, zu Fisch und Fleischgerichten ist er eine perfekte Ergänzung.
