Die Moio 57 verdankt seinen Namen der außergewöhnlichen Weinernte des Jahres 1957, die in Mondragone erhalten. Die Weinherstellung ist traditionell mit einer langen Mazeration. Der Wein durchläuft eine Reifungszeit in traditionellen slawonischen Eichenfässern. Es hat eine rubinrote Farbe, ein fruchtiges Aroma mit einem Hintergrund von Gewürzen und Lakritze. Der Geschmack wird durch eine hohe Konzentration und einer guten Balance aus.
