Eine Ode an die Schönheit der Fidschi Inseln im Südpazifik: der Plantation Products products products Isle of für Zuckerrohr aus Fidschi sowie eine traditionelle Herstellungsmethode kommen bei diesem Rum zum Einsatz. Aging im tropischen Klima für 2 - 3 Jahre in Bourbon-Fässern. Anschließend wird der Rum nach Südfrankreich für ein zweites aging-verfahren im ex-cognac-fass gesegelt. Sein Bouquet präsentiert sich mit Noten von Melasse, Birne, Apfel, Banane, Muskatnuss, Kokosnuss und Vanille mit einem Hauch von Rauch. Exotische Früchte, Vanille, Ingwer und Rosinen sorgen für ein angenehmes Geschmackserlebnis. Langes Finish nach Banane und Bourbon.
